The hotel is in a convenient location. It is very near the main train station (maybe a 7-minute walk). The lobby has nice decoration, and my room looked renovated. I found a nice café just opposite the building, belonging to the museum (it's worth a visit!).
The staff was not very friendly. They could improve how they deal with customers (my opinion). I complained about the AC not working and was told it's hotel policy to run them only from May or June. Breakfast was also not very good with a minimal spread each day.

The rooftop garden offered pretty views and snacks. The staff was helpful and friendly, always available to assist with directions. My room was spacious with a modern bathroom. The bed was comfy. I slept well each night.

I found the proximity to the main train station convenient. It made my arrival and departure stress-free. I REALLY enjoyed the rooftop bar. It offered a relaxing space after sightseeing all day. The breakfast selection suited me well, I especially liked the fresh pastries. The staff were attentive. They quickly addressed a minor issue with my room's lighting.
I sometimes opted for the stairs.
